Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete the Medihub's Survey during the promotional period.

Employees of Medihub and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period

Entries open on Friday, 10 April 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 20 April 2026.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the Medihub Survey during the promotional period.

Incomplete, partially completed, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.Only one entry per person is permitted.

Participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for prize entry.

Survey submissions that do not answer the required questions in full may be excluded from the draw at Medihub’s discretion.

Prize

One winner will receive:1 x $100 Eftpos Gift Card (or equivalent gift card determined by Medihub)The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries within 5 business days of the closing date.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey.If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Medihub reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Personal information collected through the survey will only be used for:

  • Contacting the winner
