At Medihub, we understand that receiving your supplies promptly is essential. We offer reliable nationwide shipping across Australia, ensuring that whether you are in a major city or a regional hub, your order reaches you efficiently.

 

Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Fast Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.
• Nationwide Coverage: We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
• Carrier Selection: Depending on the size and weight of your item, we utilize either Australia Post or professional courier services. Please refer to individual product pages for specific delivery methods.

Free Shipping

Medihub offers Free Shipping on select items to metropolitan areas. To confirm if your order qualifies, please check the shipping rates during the checkout process.

Australia Post Deliveries

For items sent via Australia Post:

• Collection: If you are not available to receive the package, a card will be left in your letterbox. Your item will be held for pickup at your local Post Office.
• Identification: A signature and valid ID are required for collection.
• PO Box Restrictions: Items exceeding 25kg or one metre in length cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Standard Courier Deliveries

For larger or bulkier items:

• Tracking: Once your item reaches the nearest depot, the courier will contact you via email with delivery updates.
• Hours: Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• Property Entrance: Deliveries are made to the property entrance only. For heavy items, the driver may require assistance unloading from the vehicle.

Same-Day Delivery (Sydney Metro Only)

Available for eligible products only. These services are restricted to Sydney Metro postcodes and are subject to size and weight limits. All Same-Day deliveries are set to Authority to Leave.

Orders placed after 3 pm, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

Important Delivery Terms

Address Accuracy

To ensure your order arrives without delay, please confirm your delivery address and mobile number are correct before completing payment.

• Automated Processing: To expedite delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations or address changes once payment is finalized.
• Re-delivery Fees: A fee will be charged for items returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a Post Office.

Special Delivery Conditions

While we strive for door-to-door service, we cannot guarantee it for every location. Customers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, or small regional towns may be required to collect their items from the nearest freight depot.
