Instead of dealing with flat-packed items, tools, and setup instructions, your product will arrive fully assembled and ready to use from the moment it’s delivered.

Where is Assembled Delivery available?

Assembled Delivery is currently available within Sydney metro areas only.

Because this service involves delivering products in their fully assembled form, we limit availability to Sydney to ensure:

  • Safe and secure transportation
  • Reliable delivery timeframes
  • A high standard of handling for your product

If you are located outside of Sydney metro, don’t worry — we still offer standard delivery options Australia-wide.

Please note: Lift Chairs and Medical Beds are not available for Assembled Delivery.

What does Assembled Delivery include?

When you choose Assembled Delivery, your order is prepared prior to dispatch so that it arrives ready for immediate use.

This means:

  • Your product is professionally assembled before delivery
  • It is checked to ensure everything is correctly set up
  • It is delivered in a condition that allows you to start using it right away

There’s no need to open boxes, follow instructions, or organise tools — everything is taken care of in advance.

This service is especially helpful for customers who may find assembly difficult, time-consuming, or inconvenient.

Will I receive the original packaging?

With Assembled Delivery, the main product will not be delivered in its original box.

Since the product is assembled before dispatch, packaging is removed to allow for safer handling and transport.

However, please note:

  • All included accessories, components, and extras will still be provided
  • Any parts that come with the product will be delivered alongside the assembled item
  • Nothing that is included with your purchase is removed — only the outer packaging

If you require the original box for any reason, we recommend selecting standard delivery instead.

How will my product be delivered?

Because your product arrives assembled, it will be delivered differently compared to standard boxed orders.

Our delivery team will:

  • Handle the product with care during transport
  • Deliver the item in its assembled form
  • Ensure it arrives in good condition and ready to use

We recommend ensuring there is clear access to your delivery location and that someone is available to receive the order.

Before selecting Assembled Delivery, please consider the following:

  • This service is available Sydney metro only
  • Available on selected products only (excludes Lift Chairs & Medical Beds)
  • The product is delivered fully assembled (not flat-packed)
  • The original product box is not included
  • All accessories and included items are still supplied
  • You may need adequate space to receive the assembled item
  • Someone should be available at the delivery address
