Lost power twice crossing an intersection but managed to cross
Completely lost twice on the way home from the shops
Once at the end of the driveway
And once on the way home approximately 1.5 kilometers from home
Waiting for a suitable resolution
But in the meantime the i am left without Independent transport

Not very impressed so far
Considering this is a mobility aid the support dont answer the phone
Had to go through new sales to log a problem as no response was received from the online request for support

Great small scooter.Easy to put in the boot of the car and has allowed travel outside our area. Great!
