Transnet, available from iClinix , is a paperless, point-of-clinical-care system. It is designed for real time handling and management of data-intensive patient care. The system is able to automate real time data entry by health care professionals, import files and extrapolate the results into clinical assessments, electronic charts, medication and patient management schedules.
Transnet features a real-time interface which connects to other systems such as patient management systems, pathology systems, radiology systems and nuclear imaging systems. It also covers the entire process undertaken by renal patients through to dialysis, transplantation and ongoing treatment.
