The Advantix is a Bayer branded product, which is used to prevent or treat flea growth in dogs and puppies. This flea control product is made using two dynamic ingredients, namely, IMIDACLOPRID and PERMETHRIN. IMIDACLOPRID provides effective control of fleas. The Advantix is also used to control different types of ticks such as bush ticks, paralysis ticks and brown dog ticks. The product can either get rid off ticks or kill them.
The application of the Advantix flea and tick control product on dogs can prevent lice for a maximum of 6 weeks. With the use of this product, sand flies and mosquitoes can also be killed or repelled. The rate of ocurrence of Flea Allergy Dermatitis on dogs and puppies is decreased using this flea prevention solution from Vidal Enterprises. A single application of the Advantix, provided by Vidal Enterprises, will last for a month. In case of dogs with paralysis ticks, the application lasts for two weeks. This flea and tick treatment product should not be used on kittens and cats. The flea control product for dogs is available in three or six packs.
