Unique Care 's new SafeCare Floor Bed is an adjustable and electric low bed, with a minimum height of just 50mm (5cm). The columns are also more compact and lower in height compared to previous models, so patients can be viewed and accurately examined from almost any angle. These fully enclosed column mechanisms are also designed with hygiene in mind, featuring streamlined sanitary grade vacuum moulded covers, enabling infection control. The mattress base is ventilated for the same purpose.
The SafeCare Floor Bed features a personal hand control which allows the patient to control height, angle of the back rest, and other areas of comfort. The bed ends are removable and reversible and there is a self help pole mounting bracket for convenience.
