The X9 walker/runner and the X5 walker/runner are the two types of treadmills offered by Southside Health & Hire Centre.
The X9 walker/runner offered by Southside Health & Hire Centre comes with various features such as Blue backlit LCD display, MP3 music, air cool fan, magazine racks and other accessory holders, heart rate sensor and 8 console hot keys. The backlit display shows the distance the user has covered, elevation gained and calories burnt per hour. The three additional displays provided with the machine shows speed, heart rate/incline and elapsed time /pace. Powered by 2.5 HP motor, the treadmill can be used to walk at a maximum speed of 16kph. The treadmill has a walking surface of 43cm x 130cm and a maximum user weight bearing capacity of 150kg.
The model is designed with heavy duty welded steel frame with powder coated finish. Rollers that measure 50mm in diameter, non-slip foot rails, Poly V-Drive belt, front-mounted handle bars and an emergency stop are some of the other features of this 77.8kg model.
