SmartLink International ’s Medi-Call Dialler is an emergency call unit; activated by pressing a radio key which can be worn as a key ring, necklace or wristwatch strap. This flexibility enables user comfort and confidence as they can immediately summon assistance 24 hours a day.
SmartLink transmits messages through the telephone line to a central monitoring station where assistance will have a hands free conversation with the patient, and send help if required. SmartLink is self contained and easy to install – plug in the AC adapter, unplug the telephone line from the telephone and plug it into the “line in” socket of the Smartlink device (the regular phone will remain fully functional).
The hidden microprocessor enables full programmability of all functions via the two buttons on the main unit, Radio Key or Remote Computer.
