SpeedCast 220M + Ti and SpeedCast 220MJ + Ti casting equipment are manufactured using casting titanium and this equipment can be used in dental labs. SpeedCast are specially used for melting and casting valuable alloys such as titanium and platinum. Platinum can be melted to an optimum temperature of 250 g and titanium up to 40 g.
The equipment is filled with argon gas shielded milieu in a smaller chamber and the melting process is done using modular structured output power and electric arc. The injection process is made with alloy or metal substances and the central portion is filled with vacuumed from the casting flask. The pressure is sent to the casting chamber from the bottom. The entire process of vacuum, melting and casting can be performed within a time span of 3 minutes. The electric-arc has a circulating tungsten electrode which performs the operations faster and the metal oxides are reduced to a greater extent.
