Statim S class autoclaves are designed for effective sterilisation of contaminated surgical instruments to prevent cross-contamination in patients. These autoclaves are designed as compact systems with high sterilisation speeds to enable sterilisation of instruments between patients. Available in two models, Statim 2000S and Statim 5000S take about six and nine minutes respectively to complete the entire sterilisation cycle.
Statim 2000S autoclaves are benchtop cassette autoclaves that feature a multi-purpose cassette, rapid 6-minute sterilisation cycle, capacity to handle up to 250 instruments per hour, easy one-touch cycle start, choice of 4 cycles, drying cycle, ultra-thin cassette wall for rapid heating and cooling as well as optional printer attachment. Statim 5000S steam sterilisers are heavy duty autoclaves fitted with a large capacity multi-purpose cassette. These autoclaves are designed with an automatic forced-air cool function to eliminate post-cycle corrosion. Use of fresh distilled water eliminates risk of baked-on residue in the autoclave. These autoclaves are supplied with an integrated printer for accurate recording of the sterilisation cycle.
