PerfectPupil flexible iris expansion rings are a line of disposable retinal devices used in the treatment of interoperative floppy iris syndrome in patients. These disposable retinal devices are designed to keep the pupil dilated to 7mm throughout the surgical procedure providing the surgeon sufficient workspace and also reducing potential complications arising out of the procedure. These injectable disposable retinal devices come with a 0.24mm groove and nine scalloped tabs to hold a floppy iris securely in place. Made of flexible polyurethane, these intraocular surgical devices are especially useful for surgeries where conventional sphincterotomies and pupil stretching methods are ineffective in maintaining sufficient dilation of the pupil during the surgical procedure.
