Jumbo Care patient lifting systems from LINAK Australia incorporate an intelligent service monitoring system that ensures improved performance while still maximising patient safety.
A control box stores operational data received from these patient lifting systems, and also supplies service interval and fault diagnostic feedback.
The Jumbo Care is operated by a new HD80 handset that features battery status, service display and overload alerts, ensuring safe and efficient handling with high visibility displays.
Jumbo Care patient lifting systems are supplied in two varieties – the Jumbo Care with diodes and the Jumbo Care with LED display.
The Jumbo Care with diodes is powered by a control box that features:
- data collection
- possibility to read out service data on laptop
- work counter
- intelligent cycle counter (only counting when there is load on the lift)
- service indicator (alerting when servicing is due)
- possibility to reprogram service interval easily; and
- push button override.
Jumbo Care patient lifts with diodes provide a digital display that shows:
- total number of cycles
- work done by actuator
- incidents of overload
- number of days til next service
- battery status; and
- when battery is charging.
The Jumbo Care model with diodes also features a learn mode for current cut-off, allowing for easy registration of maximum weights.
