The hospital and institutional beds supplied by Jackson Shands are available in two models, namely ultra bed and leg raise bed. They are designed with backrest that can operate electrically for different purposes. The hospital and institutional beds can be raised and lowered electrically. The beds can be lowered in a height of 210mm and raised in a height of 750mm. They have head end wall buffer and removable foot and head panels for patients' comfort.
The ultra bed and leg raise bed available from Jackson Shands are designed with rounded corners at the end of foot. They have provision for I.V pole and self help pole. The twin roller castors that are lockable are supplied to match the bed colours. The ultra bed is specially made with a pull-out extension for legs. The leg raise bed comes with leg raise function, knee bend function and pull-out leg extension.
