Metrodent’s new range of Burnout Furnaces, offered by Halas in Australia, are robustly constructed and are available in three models; the Metrobond, Metrotherm R and Metrotherm i.
Designed to be durable and reliable, the three furnaces are constructed in stainless steel with a bricked interior. The element wire used is Kanthal A1 and made to run at 1350C plus, even at CoCr burnout temperatures which means the element can run below specification.
The Metrobond, Metrotherm R and Metrotherm i come available with a fifteen program and a 20 segment programmer with 99 hour delay feature. The programmer is remote and attached through a multi pin control socket enabling it to be wall mounted away from the heat.
