Ultra Specialty hospital mattresses are made from soft, low resilience, slow recovery and non-load bearing foam used in conjunction with load-bearing foam. Pre-treated for anti-bacterial protection, these hospital mattresses offer a special cushioning effect on the surface. Ultra Stamina mattresses come with a minimum tensile strength of 85 kPa and recovery indentation factor of 1.76. Available in a standard blue colour, these hospital mattresses are made with medium hard cushioning foam.
Ultra Marathon hospital mattresses are made from general purpose firm cushioning foam and available in standard colours of white as well as pale green. Specialty wound care hospital mattresses are made from flame-retardant foam and are specifically made for hospital applications. These mattresses have been tested to AS/NZS flammability standards. Stamina wound care hospital mattresses are made from general purpose flame-retardant cushioning foam and also meet prescribed AS/NZS regulatory standards.
