OraSwabs from Confident Care Products are offered to provide a comprehensive approach to oral health. OraSwabs have soft foam heads with perpendicular ridges that are designed to lift debris and mucus, clean between teeth and, thus, stimulate oral tissue. These OraSwabs mimic the mechanical actions of a toothbrush. They do so without injuring delicate tissue and sensitive mucosa.
OraSwabs are available untreated as well as impregnated with a specially compounded paste. This paste mechanically and chemically breaks up the thick ropey saliva and deodorise the mouth for fresh breaths. This specially compounded paste includes Xylitol and Bicarbonate of Soda. Xylitol works to prevent tooth decay and helps prevent dental cavities by starving the bacteria and remineralising tooth enamel. Xylitol is also known to increase the flow of saliva in the mouth. The company does not use Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in their formula.
