They provide one the ability to view inside the sample to see critical internal structure, features and defects without destroying sample integrity. Xradia are so designed that they allow for the highest resolution at the shortest exposure times available. Through their breakthrough design for 1um resolution x-ray tomography, the Micro-XCT is able to image larger samples while maintaining high resolution in true 3D. All the system operations and image processing in 3D tomographic x-ray transmission microscopes are controlled through the integrated computer system and graphical user interface (GUI).They run on standard 120VAC power without any special facility requirements.
