Medical products are moulded, assembled and packed thoroughly in the excellent clean room manufacturing environment. The structure of this manufacturing space is designed in such an efficient way that facilitates and supports all the stages of production process including moulding, assembling and packaging without ever leaving the clean environment. The medical products are manufactured with extreme perfection as the environment is completely controlled with the help of computers. The environment is also fully monitored round the clock for twenty four hours with the help of video surveillance equipment.
Medical products undergo Gamma and EO sterilisation testing wherever required. This enables reliable, consistent and accurate production of the medical products.
