The Aqua Phase Model AQ-4000 is the largest unit to be produced in the Aqua Phase line. It is designed to handle requirements placed on hospitals to improve infection control programs and protocols.
AQ-4000 has been slightly enlarged since 1996 and is now able to accommodate an entire hospital bed, including gurneys, stretchers, emergency back boards as well as the other small items capable of being washed in all other Aqua Phase washing models.
The stationary unit features a movable conveyor floor in the wash chamber allowing items which are placed just inside the door to be moved forward into the wash chamber allowing more room for additional items to be washed at the turn of a switch.
