Physio Foam Rollers from AOK Health are high quality, durable rollers used for professional and clinical applications. All rollers have a consistent hardness and density of 30+ and are designed to aid patients with stretching, myofascial release, as well as exercise.
The Foam Rollers are available in a variety of colours (only cosmetic) and sizes; long round, long half-round, medium round and short round. The rollers can be used safely with other rehabilitation and physio equipment available from AOK Health, including the mediBall, BallWeb or duraDisc to further enhance proprioceptive and kinaesthetic feedback.
