Tuttnauer horizontal autoclaves from Albury Calibration & Eng. have a large capacity and ensure a high level of performance. Effective, safe and economical sterilisation is assured by these steam sterilisers. The sterilisation agent in of these horizontal autoclaves is saturated steam. Sterilisation cycle times are shortened by the Tuttnauer sterilisation method. Heavy-duty 316L or 316Ti stainless steel austenitic is used in the construction of the chamber, jackets and doors of these autoclaves.
Various mounting alternatives include free standing with cabinet, wall mounted, floor loading and pit mounted sterilisers. These Tuttnauer horizontal autoclaves come with panels made from stainless steel. According to customer requirements, special panel designs are also supplied by Albury Calibration & Eng. To facilitate easy loading of the chamber, they can be supplied with two rails. Maximum space utilisation for sterilisation purposes is ensured by the steriliser dimensions. Horizontal sliding doors, fully automatic vertical sliding doors or hinge automatic locking doors are supplied based on the requirements of the user. To assist in loading and unloading, floor loading carts, pull out shelves and transfer carriages are also provided.
