Littmann Cardiology III stethoscopes are versatile diagnostic instruments with superior acoustic performance and innovative design. These stethoscopes are designed with a tunable diaphragm on each side of the chest-piece enabling the user to alternate between high and low frequency sounds without turning over the chest-piece. The large side of the chest-piece is used for adult patients and the small side is used for infants or children as well as specific applications such as carotid assessments. The paediatric side can also be converted into bell mode by replacing the diaphragm with the non-chill bell sleeve.
